Awarded observing time at the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) in cycle-18 (proposal ID: 12194) and in cycle-19 (proposal ID: 12488) and at the Submillimetre Array (SMA; through director’s discretionary time) to produce high spatial resolution imaging of candidate lensed galaxies discovered in H-ATLAS

Led the discovery of the first lensed galaxies with the Herschel space observatory, with results published in the Science journal
•  2008
Led the lensing science case for the proposal of the Herschel Astrophysical Terahertz Large Area Survey (H-ATLAS) that was awarded ~600 hours of observing time. H-ATLAS is the widest area extragalactic surveys conducted with the Herschel space observatory

Member of the executive committee of H-ATLAS, and head of the working group on gravitational lensing within H-ATLAS
